Ivo Van Hove has been riding high since his stunning production of A View From The Bridge, which won a plethora of Oliviers just a couple of years ago.

Here he tackled Ibsen in a new translation by Patrick Marber. His success meant he drew a fantastic cast including Ruth Wilson (The Affair) and Rafe Spall.

Hedda is arguably one of the most iconic and challenging female roles in theatre – so how did Ruth do?
